Processing Time
All orders are handmade in small batches in Waimea on Hawaii Island. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take up to 7 business days. We will notify you if there is any delay.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship primarily via USPS (Priority Mail or Ground Advantage) within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories. UPS is occasionally used at our discretion based on order size, weight, destination, or other shipping factors.
  • Estimated delivery: Priority Mail 2–4 business days; Ground Advantage 10 or more business days (from Hawaii to the mainland). 
International Shipping: We currently ship to Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, the Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, Samoa, and Canada. We do not currently ship to Europe or to countries not listed above. International orders typically take 7–21 business days. Duties and taxes may apply and are collected at checkout where possible.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve it. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by the carrier once the package leaves our facility.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO
We can ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS.
